From the very first day the timeline for the project was more than tight.

As client has already bought the design concept, we were limited by strict visual decisions and already set client expectation. As a result, we had to deal with a lot of not so good decisions (form UX and development perspective) that came from the pitch phase.

As a UX designer on the project I had the challenge to balance between client side stakeholders, third-party designer and development team and at the same time create something that would be intuitive for the end users, following the best practices in the field.

However the team collaboration was very good. All team members actively participated during the creation of the prototypes and the visual design. All give ideas and opinions and reached decisions to convince the client and move the project forward.

Near the finishing of the prototyping, a user test was performed from a third party agency in Germany. Results were carefully analyzed by the team and reflected in the development process.

At the end the site was released on time and with great feedback from client.
